Our family has been privileged to be a part of the Muskegon Farmers Market for over 60 years. We have seen many changes in the Market over the years, from selling live chickens to the market you see today. My mother even cut her flowers to sell to give the money to the church.
Our farm has been in the family for over 3 generations. We farmed 200 acres of fruit with a small amount of vegetables. I am very aware of what pesticides to use. Food safety to me is a major factor. I am now semi-retired and spend the majority of time in Seney, Michigan in the U.P.
