Jim ,
I'm sorry I never received a message, my machine must have lost you.
In the rules under required liability insurance it states home baked or home prepared foods can not be sold.
The other sentance is refering to processed foods.
All vendors selling consumable products must have an accord 25 form nameing the city of muskegon farmers market as additionally insured. Lori

Dear Lori,

I called earlier today & left you a message. I just checked out your website. And for me it is kinda unclear weather or not that I need a license. I see written above under the question of who needs a license at the farmers market. And the 3rd one down reads: A person purchasing other processed foods (not made by them) to sell ( such as cider, baked goods, jams, etc.) Well, I make my baked goods here in my own home, homemade. I do not purchase processed foods. So by reading that I am still a bit confused. I'd really like to be there this Saturday if I could. If I need a license I wont be able to afford that. Please let me know as soon as you can, so that I could start baking. You can either email me or call my cell 616-272-0298. Thank you very much for your time, Jim
