I have a question. I work with the C.S.Mott group at Michigan State, and I needed some questions answered for the Rapid Market Assessment Report I am doing. First, who are the market staff? What year did this market open? How many vendors so you have?

I am seeking to take part of the Michigan Cottage Laws this next summer, is all that I need to be certain to do is to package according to SOM website and serve my samples according to their requirements?

Davine,
You will need to rent a stall space. Please check the Farmers Market Rules on this website.

We spoke last Season about the possibility of seling our Cinnamon Roasted Almonds, and other related nuts and items. After checking on licensing, it was determined that no additional licenses are required from the Muskegon Health Dept. We’d still very much like to be a part of the fun as the Market opens this Spring. Please feel free to mail an appropriate application, or email me directly at denwicks@gmail.com Applications can also be dropped off for the “Nut Man’ at the ticket office at LC. Walker Arena. We are sell hrought the Fall and Winter Seasons during Lumberjacks Hockey. We also sell during special events like the Shriner Circus, and Comedy Shows in the Annex. Thank You!
