We will celebrate Halloween with the &#8220;First Annual All Ages Costume Parade&#8221; which starts at 12:00 Noon. We will parade through the Market pavilion in costume.  Kids of all ages are welcome. [...]]]></description>
			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class="mceTemp mceIEcenter">On Saturday, October 31, 2009, the Farmers&#8217; Market will be open as usual, 6:00 a.m. &#8211; 3:00 p.m., which just happens to be <strong>Halloween</strong>. We will celebrate Halloween with the &#8220;First Annual All Ages Costume Parade&#8221; which starts at 12:00 Noon. We will parade through the Market pavilion in costume.  Kids of all ages are welcome. So be sure to wear your costume and meet us at the Market Office at Noon. Then the fun begins!</div>
